Popcorn Pen
Instructions:
1. Draw on things with HIGH PRESSURE.( More ink comes out will have greater effect)
2. Use the HAIR DRYER to blow the ink.
3. After blowing, the ink will turn to dry and the POPCORN effect will come out.
4. The ink MUST blow before it turn to dry, otherwise it will not become POPCORN.
